Some of us write copy past midnight. Some of us colour-grade reels at 6am. One of us still doesn't take milk in chai, and we haven't held it against him.
We came in from copy desks, art studios, performance dashboards, food labs, and tennis courts. Different briefs got us here, but we all stayed for the brew.
